The host was really helpful and caring. She gave us all the necessary details about the apartment and the city. The location of the apartment was great, in a nice district close to the metro station. It was very convenient for planning our trip around Rome. Additionally, the apartment was clean, nice, and equipped with everything we needed for our stay.
There were a few downsides to our experience. Secondly, the apartment wasn't as clean as we had hoped for.

Fantastic location, surrounded by local restaurants and shops. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with a comfy bed. The balcony and amenities like the dishwasher and washing machine were a plus. Supermarket nearby. Communication with the host was good. Parking available nearby. I highly recommend this hotel for a short break in Rome.

the location was excellent, situated between the Trevi Fountain and the Colosseum. It was perfect for exploring Rome and gave us the opportunity to live like locals. the apartment itself was beautifully presented and very clean. the highlight was the incredibly comfortable bed, which was a welcome retreat after a long day of sightseeing. the apartment also had a lovely balcony overlooking a peaceful courtyard, providing a quiet escape from the bustling city. the communication with the owner, Angelo, was excellent, and he was extremely helpful in providing recommendations for restaurants and arranging airport transfers. I highly recommend Unique Monti Colosseum for a short break in Rome.
Nothing bad to say 😊

The value for the money was great, and the room had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was amazing, just a short walk from the Colosseum, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
The breakfast selection could have been better in terms of variety and options.

The apartment was perfect for me as a guest with disabilities. The air-conditioning kept me cool, and the fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and coffee machine made it convenient for me to prepare my own meals. The bedroom provided a comfortable space for rest, and the private bathroom with a bidet and free toiletries was a great addition. I felt at home and had everything I needed.
Personally, I found the stovetop to be a bit difficult to use. However, I understand that others may not have the same issue and still enjoy this feature.
